“Tastes
Like Chicken” Cashew Gravy

2 cups water
½ cups cashews
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 Tablespoons onion powder
Salt, to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender
and liquefy. Heat in a medium pan over medium heat, stirring frequently
until thick. Add more water if the gravy becomes too thick. Keep
warm.
This recipe is so simple, yet it
amazingly tastes just like chicken gravy!
